Kevin Gracie is the managing partner of our Baltimore, Maryland office. An accomplished personal injury lawyer, he has helped numerous victims of negligence successfully recover fair compensation for their losses. He has been recognized for his commitment to his clients, earning a spot on the National Academy of Personal Injury Attorneys’ Top 10 Under 40 Personal Injury Attorneys in Maryland.
Mr. Gracie grew up in Baltimore. He attended York College of Pennsylvania, earning his undergraduate degree before going on to obtain his J.D. from the Baltimore School of Law. Initially interested in criminal law, he began his career as a practicing student-attorney with the Public Defender’s Office through his university’s criminal practice clinic. Prior to joining Mike Slocumb Law Firm, Mr. Gracie worked in private practice as a solo practitioner.
Mr. Gracie approaches his practice with the idea that every trial is different. When he steps into the courtroom, he always works to bring out the unique nature of that particular case and client. He relates to his clients by giving them a roadmap and asking them to fill in the stops along the way with personal information that makes them more than just a plaintiff trying to recover compensation. Mr. Gracie strives to humanize his clients to judges and juries, allowing them to recognize and acknowledge the significant challenges they are facing.
Mr. Gracie is admitted to practice in Maryland, as well as before the United States District Court for the District of Maryland. He is a member of the Maryland State Bar and the American Association for Justice.
In his free time, Mr. Gracie is an avid sports enthusiast who enjoys both playing and watching baseball and football. He is a long-time season ticket holder for the Baltimore Orioles and was the 50 millionth fan to attend a game at Oriole Park at Camden Yards.
