Charles Beene is the managing attorney of our Auburn, Alabama office. He has dedicated his practice to cases involving serious personal injury and wrongful death, including car accidents, truck accidents, premises liability, product liability, medical malpractice, and vicarious liability. Additionally, he represents clients in complex litigation involving railroad employees’ rights and mass torts.
Mr. Beene grew up in Birmingham, Alabama. He went to Auburn University for his B.A. before going on to obtain his law degree with honors from Birmingham School of Law.
Mr. Beene is a compassionate and dedicated advocate for the injured, as he understands firsthand what they are going through. As a teenager, he suffered an injury to his spine and now lives daily with the pain and limitations that injury has placed on him. This allows him to put himself in each client’s shoes, working to understand their specific needs, concerns, and goals from the legal process. When it comes to protecting his clients’ rights, Mr. Beene does not take “no” for an answer. He believes there is always a way, and he works tirelessly to uncover all possible avenues of justice and relief for the people he serves.
Mr. Beene is a member of the Alabama State Bar, the District of Columbia Bar Association, the Maryland Bar Association, the American Bar Association, the Birmingham Bar Association, the Lee County Bar Association, the Mobile Bar Association, the Baldwin County Bar Association, the Texas State Bar Association, and the Alabama Association for Justice. When he is not working, Mr. Beene enjoys spending time with his family and getting outdoors as much as possible. He loves to travel, hunt, fish, or just be on the water somewhere. He also serves in various capacities on several local non-profit boards and also serves on his church’s pastoral committee.
